Using Process Builder to create email alerts

Summary
-
  1. Go to Setup | Communication Templates | Email Templates.

  2. Create a 'New Email Template' for the Project Alert.

     

  3. Then go to Setup | Create | Workflow & Approvals | Email Alerts

  4. Create a 'New Email Alert' using the Project Alert email template.

  5. Then go to Setup | Create | Workflow & Approvals | Process Builder

  6. Select 'New' and follow the screen shots below to complete the process.
