Logging a Call is essentially a Task whose Status is already set to Completed. The Log a Call screen also gives users the option to create a follow-up task in the same screen, in order to save time.

  1. Users also have the option to send email notification that a task has been scheduled or completed. This is generally done if a Task is assigned to another user and you would like for them to receive notification of this.
  2. Reminder Date/Time will cause the Task Pop-up to notify users that this task is due at a specific time.
