SummaryThis article includes a list and description of the default Apto User Profiles.

User Profiles control what data tables (objects), fields, and record page layouts users have access to.  The four main user profiles are:
 

  • Operations - The administrative profile gives a user access to all data in the system, regardless of your security structure. This profile should be used for executives, operations leads, or admins that should have access to everything.

 

  • Broker - The broker profile is our most widely used profile. It is designed for all brokers and users that should not have access to all data above and beyond your security structure.

 

  • Associate - Designed for users who should have a lower level of access than brokers. Should be evaluated based on the company’s needs.

 

  • CRM User - Has access to the CRM (Companies, Contacts, Properties) portion of Apto.
