Creating Groups

Previous: Groups in contact view
  1. To create a group

    1. Either

      1. If on Contact Record

        1. Double click into the group field

          1. Start typing in the new group name into the Search or Add Groups text field

          2. Click the Create Group link

    1. A message will display asking confirmation that a new group should be created. Click OK

  1. If on a contact view

    1. Click Edit Contact Groups

      1. Start typing in the new group name into the Search or Add Groups text field

      2. Click the Create Group link

  1. A message will display asking confirmation that a new group should be created. Click OK
