Contact Groups

In Apto, you have the ability to group together contacts for the purpose of marketing, prospecting or organizing your contacts. This ability is similar to categories in MS Outlook, or Groups in other CRM platforms.


Working with Groups with a Contact

  1. To add a contact to a group from within the contact record

    1. Double click on the group field area

  1. A new window will pop up

    1. This window will allow you to select from and search through existing groups

      1. To search start typing into the text area that says Search or Add Groups

      2. To add a user to an existing group select the group in the Available Groups and click the >> button

      3. To remove a user from an existing group select the group in the Selected Groups and click the << button

      4. Then click Save
